I thank Agent Madrox for the work he has done over the past year as the team lead on the investigation into Remaal al-Sahra. We have enjoyed strong success in this investigation under his leadership. Given the continuing nature of this investigation, the unclear scope, and the need for a wider pursuit, I am transferring command of the investigation to Agent Northrup. Agent Madrox is released with gratitude so that he can more ably serve in the field.

Northrup will act as a centralized point for all information coming in about Remaal al-Sahra. As needed, she will assign investigative teams to particularly resource- or manpower-intensive missions. On the smaller scale, you should consider finding out everything that we can about Remaal al-Sahra to be part of our day to day mission. Please keep Northrup and your fellow agents apprised of your actions, and use your best judgment as to when something might require greater resources.

The United States Penitentiary Administrative Maximum Facility has requested a favor in the form of one of our teams to help them with an issue they are having. This prison, located in Florence, Colorado, is known for holding many terrorists and criminals that the United States government believe are the biggest threat to our country. They are all dangerous and need tight control. Some of them are mutants.

Agents,

With the mutant identification of the third victim in a string of unique murders in Louisana over the past three weeks, we have reason to believe that there is more to the investigation than meets the eye. There are some signs of mutant involvement in the narcotics trade in the area, or alternately something distinctly unusual going on according to paid informants with eyes in the criminal element.

I am asking Sachs to take a team down there to investigate the situation and, if possible, assist in apprehending the killer.
